The Lady Cavs volleyball team finished last season at an even .500 win percentage In the MEC, they finished 7-9 putting them at a .438 win percentage, placing them ninth in the conference. However, this will not stop the Cavaliers from pursuing their ultimate goal, which is winning a Mountain East Conference Championship.

UVa-Wise member conference applies for NCAA approval

Submitted by Darrell-Dingus Ely UVa-Wise News Release The 12 institutions that announced the formation of the Mountain East Conference in August have officially applied for approval to begin competing as the NCAA’s newest Division II conference in 2013-14.
